Now Hiring (9/25/25) : Operations Manager
North Light Community Center is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across administration, finance, facilities, and staff support. This role works closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to strengthen organizational systems, oversee facilities and vendor relationships, and support staff in delivering vital community programs
Salary: $48,000–$55,000/year with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and life insurance; retirement plan; paid time off; professional development; and more.
Childcare Staff
We have several openings for childcare staff. Positions are part-time hourly position (approximately 20 hours/week) responsible for providing quality care for children participating in North Light’s school age childcare programs by meeting their needs in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for their parent/caregivers.
